Shipping & Returns

Postage on small orders is currently being charged based on the weight of the order broken down by 500g measurements. Postage on large orders (over 20kg) is currently being charged based on the weight of the order broken down by 5kg measurements with a minimum of $55 Australia wide. You will be notified of total freight costs at checkout stage before finishing your order.

Discount Brasswares will give a full refund on products that are returned in the original packaging and in a resalable condition if the following criteria are met-
The product has a fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of the purchase; or
The product did not do the job the customer was led to believe it would; or
The product did not match the sample the customer was shown on the website; or
The product is not as it was described; and
The customer reported the fault and returned the goods within a reasonable time; and
The customer provided details of the fault; and
The customer provided proof of purchase; and
The customer stopped using the faulty goods until they could be returned; and
The goods have been looked after until they were returned.

Discount Brasswares may not offer a refund or may charge a restocking fee in the following circumstances-
Where no proof of purchase is offered. Receipts are not the only proof of purchase - a bank statement could suffice or
Where the customer simply has a change of mind; or
Where the goods have been damaged after purchase; or
Where the item has been fitted or where damage has been caused by misuse; or
Where the item was reduced to clear or sold as a clearance item.

Whenever possible, Discount Brasswares will repair or replace any damaged or faulty goods; otherwise a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods.

Discount Brasswares would ask that you contact to request a Return Authority before returning a product. Once you have a Return Authority, please return any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods in the original packaging to:

Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip that accompanied your order. If you are unable to provide a copy of the invoice or packing slip, include a note stating your name, address, order number, contact phone number and reason for return.
